Sign up for Traffic Alerts of Town of Clinton Street, Drainage and Water Main Reconstruction Project. Those who live or travel in the Town of Clinton are invited to sign up to receive free traffic alerts and project updates regarding the downtown street, drainage and water main reconstruction project. The project is tentatively scheduled to begin on Lower Center Street on Friday morning, February 3, 2012. Motorists may sign up with HART Commuter Information Services to receive the free alerts via email or text message (text messaging rates apply).
