Board of Adjustment and Board of Adjustment:
The BOA deals with non-permitted uses in the town and hears applicants who are requesting a variance from the Town of Clinton Municipal Zoning Ordinances. The BOA meets at 7:30pm on the fourth Monday of every month when an application is pending.
Planning Board:
The Planning Board deals with permitted uses and implements policies of the master plan through site plan and subdivision ordinances. The Planning Board meets at 7:30pm the first Tuesday of every month.
