Citizens Advisory Council The Citizens' Advisory Council acts as a liaison between the citizens of Clinton and its government. We work to resolve complaints and issues raised by concerned citizens, as well as to organize events such as the town-wide garage sale and sponsoring awards for town beautification. The town-wide garage sale is usually held in May or June of each year. Details for the '05 garage sale will be published in an upcoming “Our Town” newsletter. The Citizen Advisory Council meetings are normally held the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month at 6:30 PM at the Clinton Municipal Building , as needed.
