Clinton Environmental Commission The Environmental Commission is established for the protection, development, and use of natural resources, including water resources located within the territorial limits of the Town of Clinton . The Environmental Commission meetings are normally held the 4th Monday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Clinton Municipal Building .
