Shade Tree Commission Shade Tree Commission established for the purpose of regulating, planting, care and control of shade and Ornamental trees and shrubbery upon and in streets, highways, public parks of the Town, except State Highways. Members are appointed by the Mayor for a 5-year term. The Shade Tree Commission meetings are normally held the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Clinton Municipal Building .
