SPECIAL MEETING FOR CORONAVIRUS UPDATES

TOWN OF CLINTON

HUNTERDON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Clinton will be meeting at 10:00 a.m. on May 6, 2020 via Zoom video conferencing.  Council members will be providing updates regaring the Coronavirus pandemic and discussing and taking action on a resolution to extend the property tax grace period to June 1, 2020 in accordance with Executive Order 120 issued by the Governor on or about April 28, 2020.

Due to the public health emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic and Executive Orders issued by the Governor restricting and limiting public gatherings, this meeting will be conducted by way of  Zoom video conferencing software, which can be accessed via computer, mobile device, or telephone.   The meeting can be accessed by downloading the Zoom desktop or mobile application or accessing Zoom online via https://www.zoom.us/.  The meeting ID is 645 220 8495.  The access information will also be available on the Town’s website https://www.clintonnj.gov/ or by contacting municipal offices at (908) 735-8616.   Individuals without access to a computer or mobile device may dial in to participate in the meeting by dialing  +1 646 558 8656 US (New York) or +1 301 715 8592 US (Germantown) and entering the meeting id (645 220 8495) when prompted.  The video conferencing software will allow the public to observe the meeting, ask questions, and make statements.
