AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNIT FOR RENT

The Town of Clinton announces that there is a 1-bedroom, moderate-income studio rental unit available located at 102 West Main Street.  

The apartment is approximately 600 square feet, with separate sleeping area, full kitchen, one bathroom. No washer, dryer or dishwasher. No smoking and no pets allowed, Tenant will be responsible for utilities.  Monthly rent will be calculated during the income verification process, and successful applicants will be required to enter into a 1-year lease

The minimum and maximum income levels for applicant can vary depending on how many people wold be living in the home.  Click here to view the current regional income levels.

Interested applicants will be required to submit an application and income documentation in order to qualify to rent.   Applications are available at the Town of Clinton Municipal Building, 43 Leigh Street, Clinton, NJ 08809 or via the Town’s "Affordable Housing" web page by clicking here.  Applications can also be requested via phone at 908-735-8616 and can be sent regular mail or e-mail.
