SPECIAL MEETING OF TOWN OF CLINTON RECREATION COMMISSION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Recreation Commission of the Town of Clinton will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2020 via Zoom video conferencing.  Commission members will be discussing the field reservation requests and Commission bylaws.

Due to the public health emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic and Executive Orders issued by the Governor restricting and limiting public gatherings, this meeting will be conducted by way of  Zoom video conferencing software, which can be accessed via computer, mobile device, or telephone.   The meeting can be accessed by downloading the Zoom desktop or mobile application or accessing Zoom online via https://www.zoom.us/.  The meeting ID is 854 4042 5086.  The access information will also be available on the Town’s website at https://www.clintonnj.gov/recreation-commission/events/24106 or by contacting municipal offices at (908) 735-8616.   

Individuals without access to a computer or mobile device may dial in to participate in the meeting by dialing 646-558-8656 (New York) and entering the meeting ID 854 4042 5086 when prompted.  The video conferencing software will allow the public to observe the meeting, ask questions, and make statements.
